Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a highly skilled financial professional to fill the role of Lead Financial Analyst.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare, analyze, and report financial information on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Analyze and control PPV impacts, upload part number costs, understand and analyze standard costs, margins, and expense follow-up.

• Analyze and control inventory, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

• Interface with budget holders to provide budget reports and forecasts on a monthly basis, serving as a financial business partner to operational leaders.

• Provide leadership in developing process improvements on different accounting, reporting, and analysis methods.

• Establish and maintain internal controls to comply with all SOX requirements, interfacing with internal and external auditors.

• Lead the development and execution of monthly financial processes, including month-end closing, forecasting, and Profit Plan.

• Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet integrity, preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments as necessary.

• Foster an environment that promotes Eaton's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

• 3 years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting.

• BA/BS degree in finance or accounting or related field from an accredited institution.

• Experience in SOX financial controls, financial planning, and forecasting.

• Understanding of GAAP.

• Ability to think strategically and see the big picture in a dynamic business environment.

• Ability to work independently and with a team, communicate articulately, confidently, and professionally across multiple levels of the organization.

• Highly motivated, works with a sense of urgency, driven to add value and deliver results.

• Attentive to detail, personally committed to work quality, and able to learn from mistakes.

• Ethical, operates with high regard to integrity and trust.

• Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• MBA

• CPA

• Minimum 1 year of managing people and/or project teams.

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

• Experience with internal and external audits.

• System skills/experience desired: SAP, Khalix/ENCORE, HFM.
