Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain sales compensation frameworks utilizing Varicent.
  • Configure and tailor calculation protocols and compensation strategies on the Varicent platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct testing to validate the precision and efficiency of configurations and customizations.
  • Offer technical assistance and resolve issues for Varicent end-users.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and best practices.
  • Educate end-users and internal personnel on Varicent administration and usage.
  • Work alongside the IT department to integrate Varicent with other enterprise applications.
  • Stay informed about the latest Varicent updates and features, ensuring the organization leverages new capabilities.


Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Varicent or in comparable sales compensation management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Varicent to align with specific business requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of sales compensation principles and methodologies.
  • Strong programming capabilities and familiarity with relevant languages such as SQL.
  • Experience in system integration and managing large datasets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
