Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will engage in various initiatives to design, execute, and manage compensation and benefits strategies. Your role will involve identifying and addressing compensation-related challenges, as well as participating in market surveys to assess the company's competitive standing. You will provide recommendations for salary structure adjustments and oversee proposed salary changes to ensure adherence to established protocols.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Documentation Management: Regularly update and maintain essential documents, tools, and forms as required by both Global and Local Total Rewards.
- Compensation Reporting: Oversee compensation reporting, guidelines, auditing, and data integrity efforts aligned with Vertiv's compensation strategy.
- Job Analysis: Conduct thorough job evaluations and market benchmarking to support the escalation process.
- Salary Review: Scrutinize salary adjustment requests to guarantee that compensation packages are competitive externally while maintaining internal equity and alignment with Vertiv's objectives.
- Compliance Auditing: Ensure adherence to compensation processes and guidelines across all regions.
- Internal Communication: Prepare and disseminate local communications for HR, business leaders, managers, and employees regarding compensation structures and related policies in line with the Global Total Rewards Communication Strategy.
- Survey Participation: Assist in gathering information for participation in compensation surveys and the renewal of employee insurance policies.
- Global Project Support: Contribute to the implementation of global initiatives.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years in a Compensation/Benefits/Payroll Analyst role with exposure to broad-based compensation programs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR Information Systems or ERP, preferably Oracle.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively across HR and other functions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
