AIG is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a variety of incoming calls, explaining policy benefits, making arrangements for emergency medical treatment, and tracking delayed luggage. You will also be required to carefully document each case and work closely with our Medical, Security, and Compliance teams to provide superior customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Fluent Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective teamworking, communication, and customer service skills
  • A strong orientation to problem-solving and sense of urgency
  • The ability to work with cases that demand a high level of attention, care, fast, and accurate responses
