Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Telquest International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through incremental sales and promoting regular buying patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through incremental sales and promoting regular buying patterns
  • Achieve sales goals while providing quality customer service through active listening, clear communication, and consistent follow-through
  • Serve as a business consultant to customers, identifying ways that Telquest International can assist them in meeting their goals
  • Involvement and ownership of key elements of the brand sales and marketing strategy and resulting components
  • Key account management, sales forecast, deployment design goal setting, and measurement
  • Facilitate the collection of data and information to develop pricing proposals and track the status of all proposal components
Requirements
  • Must be customer-centric with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent prioritizing and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to document, organize, and summarize data in complete detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn internal ERP tools such as NetSuite and follow Sales Process Training
  • College degree preferred
  • Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
