About the Role
Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Transformation Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead customer journeys that accelerate business outcomes and drive strategic and financial value for our clients through transformational professional services programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a focus on delivering results in ProServe and Platform bookings.
- Lead business outcomes by leveraging strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies.
- Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the AWS account team (platform sales).
- Establish executive relationships across technology and business groups, securing executive sponsorship of programs.
- Establish an internal network at AWS, including key organizations such as the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
- Assume the role of a strategic advisor and expert, with a deep knowledge of the cross-section of the customer's business and the available cloud services.
- Deliver on annual bookings targets, negotiating and closing deals structured to align key customer goals and AWS Professional Services business objectives.
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Our Professional Services team is a global group of cloud experts helping our customers succeed, no matter what type of work they do. We're a passionate group of strategic thinkers who anticipate our customers' needs so we can deliver the right technologies and services at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience.
- Industry experience in Retail, Education, Non-Profit organizations.
- Experience with selling large-scale consulting/professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory.
- Business development experience, including complex agreements and familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion.
- Ability to think strategically to assess customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-Level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs.
