Mondelez España Galletas Production Slu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Santa Fé, Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and lead strategic initiatives across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to drive business growth and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
