- Work autonomously with minimal oversight, making informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to lower-level HR professionals on tasks and assignments, ensuring they have the resources and expertise needed to succeed.
- Identify and address general and complex problems, drawing on prior experience and analysis to find solutions.
- Make moderate improvements to processes, systems, and products to enhance the performance of the HR function.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and other external parties.
- Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
**Requirements**
- Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with relevant experience.
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier's organization, programs, or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- University degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
