Are you ready to make an impact in the Out-of-Home media landscape? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Account Manager within our Sales team at Broadsign. This position is fully remote and focuses on the Latin American market.

Our innovative solutions are utilized by leading businesses in the industry, enabling them to execute powerful and engaging advertising campaigns globally. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance and expand our relationships with enterprise clients in the Out-of-Home (OOH) Media sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing and expanding existing enterprise client accounts.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Identify avenues for client growth through the effective use of Broadsign's products and services.
  • Gather and communicate customer needs and market insights to enhance our offerings.
  • Engage in renegotiations and renewals to adjust and expand client contracts through mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene for all assigned accounts.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner with in-depth knowledge of your client base.
  • Foster strong relationships that positively influence client satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage intricate stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Uncover potential risks and requirements through proactive discovery sessions, crafting a comprehensive long-term account strategy.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with client leadership to provide insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Broadsign at industry events and conferences, enhancing our thought leadership and credibility, with potential travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Demonstrate experience in solution sales and managing long sales cycles while achieving revenue targets.
  • Possess strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas, with a willingness to learn more:
    • Out-of-home media ecosystem
    • Media sales processes from planning to execution
    • Media yield optimization
    • Network management
    • Display hardware and software
    • Leasing and real estate operations
