About Broadsign

Broadsign is a leading software firm committed to simplifying the processes of buying, selling, and delivering OOH media. Our innovative solutions are utilized by top-tier OOH businesses, enabling them to execute compelling advertising campaigns worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team in Latin America. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand revenue streams with existing enterprise clients.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Identify avenues for client growth through the effective use of Broadsign's products and services.
  • Gather customer needs and market insights to relay to the Broadsign team.
  • Lead renegotiations and renewals to enhance client offerings and contracts through mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene for all assigned accounts.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner with in-depth knowledge of the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that positively influence client satisfaction scores.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and uncover hidden requirements through thorough discovery sessions, developing a comprehensive long-term account strategy for growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with client leadership to provide insights into their utilization of our tools, opportunities for growth, and anticipated challenges.
  • Represent Broadsign at industry events and conferences, enhancing thought leadership and credibility through engagements, with potential travel of up to 50%.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Proven experience in solution sales and managing long sales cycles while achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas, with a desire to learn more:
    • OOH media industry ecosystem
    • Media sales processes from planning to ad operations, billing, and invoicing
    • Media yield optimization
    • Network management and optimization
    • Display hardware and software
    • Leasing and real estate operations
