Regional Director for Latin America Growth

Dyson is a global technology leader committed to innovation and growth. We're seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our LATAM markets into their next era of expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market sales, revenue, and profit targets
- Promote the Dyson brand, maximize brand recognition, and shopper understanding through impactful activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop strategies, and outperform competitors
- Establish strong commercial relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and oversee customer engagements
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to align regional strategy with business objectives
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably with LATAM experience
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and local regulations
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- A passion for technology and customer-centric approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and ability to adapt to changing environments
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Please note that this position requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
