We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and developing strategic partnerships with key players in the mobile technology sector.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing business strategies to maximize sales and market share in Latin America;
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities;
- Managing relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and retail channels;
- Negotiating agreements and contracts with suppliers and business partners;
- Overseeing supply chain and ensuring delivery deadlines are met;
- Evaluating the performance of sales teams and providing guidance on improving results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the mobile technology sector;
- Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and developing strategic partnerships;
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills;
- Advanced command of English; Portuguese is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
