We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our top-line sales strategies for a portfolio of luxury hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Revenue and Brand leads to develop robust commercial plans for all properties.
  • Drive sales growth across multiple segments, including Corporate, MICE, Consortia, TMC & Leisure.
  • Collaborate with property teams to ensure commercial strategies align with Ennismore regional and global priorities.
  • Lead the sales structure and recruitment process for Directors of Sales and Assistant Directors of Sales.
  • Oversee new openings in the region, including pre-opening budgets and sales plan execution.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in a senior sales role managing multiple all-inclusive resorts.
  • Multi-segment and multi-market experience in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Strong knowledge of pre-opening processes and ability to ramp up hotels across the region.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
