Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enablement and Training Lead to join our Global Business Unit (GBU) Enablement organization. This key role is responsible for delivering enablement initiatives in the LATAM Global Delivery Center (GDC), serving both North and Latin America learning initiatives for the Solution Services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training courseware in various delivery modes, including instructor-led training, self-paced training, virtual, and blended learning.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business partners to create high-quality content.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback sessions to identify strategically aligned learning and development initiatives.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to define measurable learning objectives and goals.
  • Develop innovative visual content outlines and design documents.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the team to identify and advocate for enablement needs.
  • Motivate the team to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, and creativity.
  • Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization, earning trust and building relationships.
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training, ensuring enablement objectives are met.
  • Drive program and participant success, investing in the team's success.
  • Consultative approach to identifying, assessing, and prioritizing requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a global/team environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience training users on ERP, financial, or accounting systems is desired, with knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives.
  • Ability to create and track meaningful metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing.
  • Effective presentation and group facilitation skills, with familiarity and competence in audience-engagement methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in English at the professional level is required.
  • 6-8 years minimum sales or sales enablement/training experience, ideally in a technology or software company.
  • Bachelor's degree, recognized equivalency, or achievement of recognized professional level 5+ years enablement experience (or equivalent) in a similar role.
