The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for defining requirements, developing, and post-gaming digital reporting and tools. You will work closely with our supply chain and finance leaders to compile project requests and detailed requirements, and partner with IT and data science teams to identify data variances and resolve issues.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Consult with supply chain and finance leaders to compile project requests and detailed requirements.
  • Partner with IT and data science teams to identify data variances and resolve issues.
  • Ensure data validation vs current reporting and partnership with IT to identify causes and resolve.
  • Execute the scoping assessment of incoming demand submissions, ensuring completeness of demand charters.
  • Lead the quarterly and annual planning of Operational Performance tool development for the Manufacturing network in Canada.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain new Analytics tools to automate supply chain reporting and improve results.
  • Support digital skill development inside PepsiCo Canada teams with training and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to Advanced PowerBI & PowerApps skills.
  • Proven experience developing new Power BI reports.
  • Experience partnering with functional leaders to understand needs and translate into PowerBI requirements.
  • Prior experience managing intake of customer feedback and translating into change requirements.
  • Advanced English fluency is REQUIRED.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to initiate relationships with key stakeholders/take ownership.
  • Strong analytical skills.
