Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will provide HR leadership and support to local business goals, enterprise, and sector HR strategies. You will actively partner with business leaders to drive coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management, and business partnering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of HR strategies and solutions in support of short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development, and change.
  • Implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change, such as acquisition, divestitures, internal growth, and restructuring.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive leading-edge talent development solutions, including talent review and succession planning, career management and development, and performance management.
  • Provide group and one-on-one coaching to managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, problem-solving, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Global Services and Corporate Services teams to ensure flawless execution across the organization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in industrial and/or organizational psychology, human resource management, business, or a related field.
  • From 4 to 6 years of professional HR experience, with a focus on management, planning, and implementation of projects and business support initiatives.
  • Strong relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and shape solutions, negotiate, and partner with stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business.
  • Experience with innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
