Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage operationally and functionally assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project KPIs in terms of profitability, quality, and production preparation.
  2. OEM/OES Project Management: Lead OEM/OES projects, including component and system projects with known technology components, to achieve project objectives.
  3. Resource Management: Secure project resources and control them effectively to ensure project success.
  4. Project Escalation: Solve project issues requiring support from suitable functions via project escalation.
  5. Project Team Management: Check and validate project team members' activities, propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones, and conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders.
  6. Budget Management: Define and manage project budgets, including project and system budgets.
  7. Decision-Making: Prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees and challenge project team readiness.
  8. Project Change Management: Manage all project changes, internal and customer, and coordinate through the team.
  9. Design to Cost Methodology: Apply design to cost methodology to ensure project efficiency.
  10. Gap Management: Escalate gaps versus targets at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation.
  11. Project Development: Lead AAI and development of all project team members from the team.
  12. Customer Communication: Manage communication with customers on project development progress and keep clients updated on project progress.
  13. Reporting: Prepare and validate reports on project development progress to PSC and PMC and to all governance stages when required.
  14. Customer Relationships: Manage customer relationships, local and central, and coordinate communication within the team as well as with P2/P1 projects associated.
  15. Escalation Management: Ensure management of escalation if any.
  16. Valeo Values: Promote Valeo values, culture, and standards within the system/project teams and control their application.
  17. Code of Ethics: Respect Valeo code of ethics.
  18. Health, Safety, and Environment: Respect health, safety, and environment charts and requirements.
  19. Project Compliance: Ensure project development in compliance with Valeo standards.
