Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee our Customer Success Management division within the EMS sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing the Customer Success Management team in Mexico.
  • Acting as the local representative for the North American Customer Organization, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Managing customer relationships with full program accountability for both existing and prospective clients in North America.
  • Overseeing portfolio management with a focus on growth, profitability, and cash flow, including profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Driving people and organizational development by implementing a target operating model and enhancing key roles and competencies.
  • Building a strong local Customer Success Management team through coaching and mentoring, in collaboration with the North American Management Team.
  • Cooperating with colleagues in other regions to support business operations in Mexico.
  • Representing the company’s expertise and experience to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience managing a profit and loss statement in a related industry.
  • Background in sales and marketing within an industrial services or customer experience environment.
  • Strong competencies in program management within a technology services context.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar position within the industrial services sector.
  • Experience in customer negotiations, including pricing and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, information systems (SAP), and business intelligence tools (Qlik), along with KPI management.
  • Financial acumen related to pricing, profitability, and growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native) and English (business level).
