Proporcionar información técnica a los clientes de TE Connectivity

Como Ingeniero de Ventas Técnica, proporcionarás información técnica de los productos de TE Connectivity a través de chats, llamadas o correos electrónicos. Tu objetivo es proveer al cliente soluciones y orientarlos a hacer negocios con nuestra empresa. Buscarás nuevos clientes y realizarás seguimiento de proyectos con los clientes existentes que compran a través de Distribución en América.

Responsabilidades:

  • Soporte técnico a través de chats y llamadas
  • Conseguir nuevos clientes para generar ganancias a la empresa
  • Administrar una cartera de cuentas existentes y dar seguimiento a sus proyectos
  • Seguimiento de casos en plataforma Salesforce
  • Comunicarse proactivamente con los clientes
  • Crear nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Verificar condiciones y estatus de pedidos con equipos de Management

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en ventas técnicas: 3 años
  • Licenciatura terminada (obligatorio)
  • Idioma: Inglés (obligatorio)
