Customer Service Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Customer Care professional to lead our Customer Service Team. As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new tools and processes to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
- Manage customer accounts and collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Lead a team in the spirit of ECE (Extraordinary Customer Experience) and drive business growth through process improvements.
- Organize and train the team to respond to customer requests within 24 hours.
- Drive business growth through the implementation of SAP and other business processes.
- Fix goals, follow-up, and evaluate team members.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction, response time, and order accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Customer Care department.
- Report regularly on KPIs to the EMEA Customer Care Manager.
Requirements:
- 5 years of customer care management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in an international environment and willingness to travel abroad periodically.
