Job Description:

At TE Connectivity, we're committed to delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving this vision forward.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Care professional to lead our Customer Service Team. As a Senior Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing process improvements, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new tools and processes to enhance customer experience and drive business results.
  • Manage customer accounts and collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues.
  • Lead a team in the spirit of ECE (Extraordinary Customer Experience) and drive business growth through process improvements.
  • Organize and train the team to respond to customer requests within 24 hours.
  • Drive business growth through the implementation of SAP and other business processes.
  • Fix goals, follow-up, and evaluate team members.
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction, response time, and order accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Customer Care department.
  • Report regularly on KPIs to the EMEA Customer Care Manager.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of customer care management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in an international environment and willingness to travel abroad periodically.
