Position Overview

As a vital member of TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams, you will engage with clients, sales representatives, and service personnel to manage a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service tasks. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions through various channels and addressing inquiries regarding our products and services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote and sell our offerings while addressing and resolving customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and Account Managers to strategize and enhance account growth, including backlog management and forecasting.
  • Handle complex tasks that go beyond routine transactions.
  • Assess customer needs to elevate service levels and strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate proactively with Account Managers and internal teams for seamless account operations.
  • Work alongside specialists to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist Sales with forecast validation, providing support without creating forecasts.
  • Facilitate collections activities in partnership with finance teams.
  • Support management by checking in with sub-teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Provide assistance to team members as needed, while accountability for outcomes remains with management.
  • Contribute to process enhancements to standardize operational procedures.
  • Operate with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in SAP or Salesforce systems.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
