Job Title: Head of Program Management, LatAm Global Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cross-border program management efforts in Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for simplifying exports solutions on international shipping and product compliance, as well as leading our cross-border education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify roadblocks for merchants and create projects to solve these challenges.
  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop products and tools that meet customers' needs.
  • Promote and drive decision-making throughout the team.
  • Collaborate with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
  • Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  • Interface with senior management and other internal and external business/technical partners to communicate program status and risks.
  • Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level.
  • English advanced level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
