Job Summary

The Strategic Planning Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all production planning processes and activities to ensure:

  • Achieving customer demand fulfillment targets
  • Developing and implementing world-class inventory management systems
  • Managing and directing global strategic demand and inventory plans
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of resources and inventories to meet demand
Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Planning Manager will:

  • Lead and mentor the production planning team to review manufacturing capacity utilization and identify possible manufacturing constraints
  • Monitor and anticipate production issues due to assembly capacity and new product launches
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
  • Drive customer value through the development and implementation of business practices and standards
  • Ensure demand and inventory management systems are maintained and continuously improved to achieve state-of-the-art business process technology
