Role Overview

The Delivery Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and transition of complex information technology solutions within the payment card sector. This role involves managing teams that execute implementation and conversion projects, ensuring a strong client relationship and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include client engagement, scope definition, budget oversight, labor planning, and coordinating activities between clients and team members. The manager will ensure that projects are monitored from initiation to completion, aligning with revenue and cost expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support team members in executing high-stakes client mainframe modifications for implementations and ongoing operations.
  • Oversee comprehensive client support, ensuring that all processing needs are met, including terms, fee structures, account details, and authorization controls.
  • Drive process enhancements by developing and implementing macros for high-volume changes and generating detailed reports for clients.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues during the implementation process, ensuring prompt resolution and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Monitor team resources and workloads, identifying additional support needs to maintain quality client service.
  • Prepare and present departmental metrics to executive management, covering project status, client interactions, and overall performance.
  • Conduct audits on projects to verify that documentation and pricing align with contractual agreements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, with a preference for 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
