**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reservation Agent to join our Sales and Marketing team at Rosewood Hotel Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all hotel reservations, assisting with daily functions in the Reservations department, and establishing and maintaining the operation of reservations, including central reservations, sales departments, groups, and travel agencies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Satisfy guest expectations by executing Rosewood Brand Standards and luxury service standards.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel inventory and sales techniques required for the role.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel services, amenities, and benefits to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Recognize repeat guests and distinguished guests within each reservation.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to company standards and reflecting a courteous attitude towards internal and external guests.
