Key Responsibilities- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine the most suitable room type.
- Verify availability of room types and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Accommodate and document special requests, and answer questions about property facilities and services.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and input data into the reservation system.
- Indicate special room reservation types by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.
- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
