**Job Summary**

The Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop the leadership skills of your team, including decision-making, performance management, and process analysis.
  • Maintain effective working relationships and clear communication with all colleagues and departments.
  • Monitor productivity, revenue, and costs to ensure financial success.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to maximize engagement and motivation.
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Hotel General Manager to create and implement menus.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and brand expectations.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
