Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Testing and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Ingredion. As a key member of our HR Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading testing and quality assurance efforts for our HR applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement testing methodologies and standards for HR processes and systems, including Workday HCM and ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage testing resources and activities, including test planning, resource allocation, and issue/risk management.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Vendor teams to plan and execute testing activities, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and develop automated test scripts to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Lead testing services delivery, including hands-on testing, and ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to testing team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a point-of-escalation for testing services delivery challenges, ensuring timely resolution and meeting SLAs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance for software applications, including process/systems testing, data/reports testing, and audits.
  • 1+ years of experience as a HR or software applications testing lead.
  • Multi-lingual fluency, with advanced English and one or more additional languages.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Shared Services, or Operations, including knowledge of core HR processes and policies.
  • Experience testing HR data/reports, defining data audits, and driving data quality.
  • Significant HR process knowledge in Core HR and Employee Data Administration, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation.
  • 2+ years of experience testing with modern HCM solutions, such as Workday/Oracle/SAP HCM, ServiceNow HRSD.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience, including developing project plans, estimating work effort, and status reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in a distributed global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

  • HRIS Analyst or Testing experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow.
  • Experience leading/defining testing approach to deliver positive employee experience outcomes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools, including developing automated test scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday data entry and transaction processing, understanding data flow and system integrations.
  • Business Process Design experience.
  • Strong customer service and team collaboration orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
