Medical Sales Professional

As a Medical Sales Professional at Medtronic, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in championing healthcare access and equity for all.
About the Role: The sales representative is responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts. This includes developing and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, pursuing leads, and assessing needs to maximize the benefits derived from our products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services
- Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders
- Pursue leads and assess needs
- Implement market development plans/strategies
Required Knowledge and Experience: A bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any health-related field is required. At least 2-3 years of commercial experience in the field with medical devices, hospitals, and contact with opinion leaders is also necessary. Intermediate English skills are a must.

Benefits & Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a flexible benefits package designed to support you at every career and life stage.
