About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media, identifying, qualifying, and developing prospects based on their potential business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Set up meetings or calls between clients and Sales Executives.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Attend and participate in sales pitch, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
We are looking for a professional with:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Practical experience with a range of sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Hubspot).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Apollo, or Amplemarket).
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
