Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Metric Management: Manage and analyze project metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, functional leads, and clients, providing clear and concise communication on project status and progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial database systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced English: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • ICH GCP: Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Trial Experience: Experience working on clinical trials, including data management, monitoring, and reporting.
