Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Sales Strategist to join our team at Motorola Solutions.

This role is responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to help guide sales strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and find ways to optimize sales processes.

About the Role
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth and sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales reports to track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and predictions by analyzing historical data and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with sales managers and other departments to forecast KPIs and develop sales strategies
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of sales processes and deal registration at technology, software, or services companies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a sales support or channel operations role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
