Crm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts at Match Consulting. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments
  • Use CRM tools to create audience segments and target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns
  • Create and execute customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company's marketing and financial objectives
  • Plan, manage, and negotiate multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary
  • Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to lifecycle stage and engagement level
  • Analyze data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements
  • Develop overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary
  • Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets
  • Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required
  • Build and develop workflows according to brand's objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign development and execution, and analytics
  • Experience in loyalty program management is a plus
  • Experience with various email marketing platforms, including Exact Target, now called Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0, and triggered email Programs such as Journey Builder, Pardot, or Hubspot etc.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of basic HTML & LP creation
