Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experiential Learning Support Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales funnel activity for our ISA and TEAN programs, including data entry, customer communication, and responding to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Review and submit new student inquiries to our lead management system from various online and in-person sources.
  • Student Account Management: Create and update student accounts on our systems.
  • Incomplete Online Applications: Process IOLAs from different Higher Ed divisions daily.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for some inbound channels, including calls, live chats, and initial course form inquiries.
  • Documentation: Document all student contact in internal Customer Relationship Management software.
  • Phone Systems: Utilize our phone systems to pass calls to the most appropriate contact within the Higher Education team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative tasks assigned by the team lead or Director, Student Outreach.
  • Email Inquiries: Process and initiate contact with specific incoming email-only inquiries and/or international students.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience.
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organization skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Computer Skills: Strong basic computer skills and data entry/keyboard skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher Education Experience: Some Higher Education Experience.
  • Customer Service and Marketing Experience: 2-3 years experience in Customer Service and/or Marketing.
  • International Experience: Relevant experience living, traveling and/or studying in the U.S.
  • College/University System Knowledge: An understanding of the U.S. college/university system.
