Job Overview:

The Global Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Sales Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as well as the ability to build diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Leadership Skills: Self-motivated individuals with the ability to manage schedules autonomously and delegate tasks effectively are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a client portfolio, typically consisting of companies involved in the import and export of consumer goods globally.
  • Prospect Acquisition: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in fairs and exhibitions to identify and acquire new clients.
  • Client Relationship: Nurture prospective clients, maintain consistent and open communication, and successfully close deals.
  • Upselling Services: Promote additional services to existing clients to ensure they leverage the solutions provided by QIMA optimally.
  • Collaboration: Work in synergy with the Operations and Marketing Teams to drive large-scale projects and increase market awareness.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, establish competitive advantages, and monitor metrics to ensure effective use of analytics in achieving ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: A solid command over the English language is required.
  • Education: Relevant education or equivalent work experience is necessary.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $20,000 MXN per month (after 3 months) + Commissions + Gasoline vouchers + Christmas bonus (proportional to the time worked during the year) + Legal benefits
