Job Description

This role involves working closely with the Clinical department and hospital research team to conduct studies, collect data, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine or biomedical engineering, and at least 2-5 years of experience in medical devices or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with study-related tasks, including adverse event reporting and source data collection
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating logistics for investigational products
  • Developing and executing training plans and materials for physicians, hospital staff, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Territory Manager to develop business strategies and tactics at the physician level

The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of market analysis, sales, and marketing principles.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role is based in Monterrey, N.L., and requires up to 40% travel within Mexico.
