Medical Sales Professional

The Field Clinical Representative provides day-to-day account management and clinical case support and education for assigned products and accounts based in Monterrey, with responsibility for the northern territory. The role involves setting objectives and opportunities to drive sales growth for their product portfolio together with peer colleagues, manager, and Boston Scientific (BSC) ICG ASE.
This includes providing guidance, training, and advice in TAVI, LAAO, and SENTINEL procedures, delivering target sales revenue, and serving as the first point of contact for SH accounts. Additionally, the Field Clinical Representative is responsible for stock management, identifying/selling next cases, and providing product training and education at an account level.
Key Responsibilities- Contributes to the development of annual strategic plans by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Supports Managers in understanding each account's unmet needs and expectations to facilitate an account strategy and execution of product developments and launches.
- Identifies, manages, and reports sales opportunities deriving from clinical support, supporting clinical selling based on clinical support information provided.
- Provides education and training support for external customers and end-users, as well as internally for BSC colleagues, as appropriate.
- Attends and actively participates in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings with a strategic and productivity mindset.
- Leads on sales opportunities, develops, and implements proactive plans involving all supporting functions.
- Gathers and shares information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.

- At least 1 year of experience in Medical Devices or Medical Technology.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.

- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
As a Field Clinical Representative, you can expect a salary range of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience. This figure may vary based on individual performance and market conditions. Additionally, you will be eligible for attractive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
