Business Development Manager

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving the growth and development of our reseller community in alignment with IBM Software sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and partners to ensure alignment with IBM Software sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM Software offerings and market trends.
- Provide sales support and training to resellers and partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial or technical role for vendors like IBM, Oracle, AWS, etc.
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Consultant or Product Specialist.
- Experience with recruitment and development of resellers/partners community.
- Experience with design and execution of business development plans.
- Deep understanding of IBM Software offerings and market trends.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and conflict resolution.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote and office work. The successful candidate will be required to participate in local and LATAM events with IBM.
