**Job Overview**

Sunningdale Tech Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Manager. This position will be responsible for leading and directing cross-functional teams in program execution, ensuring successful program delivery, and meeting internal and external customer goals and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams in program execution, ensuring successful program delivery and meeting internal and external customer goals and standards.
  • Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit.
  • Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met.
  • Serve as primary technical contact with customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to generate quotations for molding projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Work with the manufacturing team to develop and establish workflows and production concepts, optimizing production efficiency and meeting customer requirements.
  • Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects, working closely with the Purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups, ensuring successful project execution and meeting customer expectations.
  • Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety, adhering to all EHS policies and procedures, and cooperating with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in project management and production process.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Independent, with good initiative and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
