Flextronics, a leading diversified manufacturing partner, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Guadalajara North. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional experts in delivering customer-focused products and services.

  • Develop and implement project plans, pricing, and program strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop corrective actions to address customer issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and issues.
  • Monitor and track program metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide expertise and support in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the coordination of product life cycle activities, including development, production, and delivery.
  • Manage the recruitment and assignment of personnel to ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced operations, technical, and people skills, with expertise in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional technologies, processes, and industries, with understanding of interdependencies.

  • Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
