About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Commercial Sales Strategist to join our team at Genesys. As a Senior Account Executive, Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that maximizes revenue growth for our entire suite of products through managing direct sales in the West Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and/or exceed goals including, but not limited to, revenue, customer growth, and sales expenses.
  • Sell and promote the sales of Genesys products to customers, negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize bookings, generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts, and accurately managing forecast to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders as a representative of Genesys.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
  • Assist in the development of short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Interact regularly across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure objectives are met.
  • Influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to move deals through the sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with key players in customer accounts.
  • Create strategies to generate pipeline since sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years' sales management experience within the technology industry.
  • High energy, results-oriented achiever, and a team player willing to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in software sales.
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
