Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Planning & Trading Specialist to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive regional performance. As an integral member of our Revenue team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing trading activities, and implementing plans to optimize commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans. Your efforts will directly impact regional growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance, focusing on gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.">
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.">
  • Manage trading activities, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management, to optimize commercial outcomes.">
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue.">
  • Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.">
