Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to defined processes and SLAs to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT issues, including event detection, categorization, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by creating and updating knowledge articles and participating in knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Act as a buddy for new hires and provide guidance and support to ensure their successful onboarding.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
