As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success for our customers by creating and delivering executive-level content, serving as a subject matter expert in cost and commercial aspects throughout the customer life-cycle, and empowering clients with tools for effective cloud and IT spend management.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Advisory: Collaborate with our AWS account team to build and deliver executive content, including financial business cases, Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
- Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert in all cost and commercial related aspects of the customer life-cycle, providing guidance and support to our customers.
- Customer Enablement: Educate and enable customers with tools to successfully manage cloud and IT spend, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our services.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assess reporting and analytic needs of customers and identify solutions and approaches to meet those needs.
- KPI Management: Communicate, establish, and measure KPIs to track progress and success of transformation and optimization within customer organizations.
- Request Management: Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Best Practices: Understand and communicate billing, forecasting, and budgeting best practices to our customers.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
- 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
