Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Oncology Sales Leader to lead our emerging markets in the development, tactical implementation and financial planning of Sales and Marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial brand strategies that drive sales performance, optimize resource utilization, and build cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and coach sales teams to maximize brand sales and margin while ensuring alignment with AbbVie business code of conduct and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Hold accountability for allocated brand P&L in terms of brand sales and financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Establish future direction for existing and new products, identify business opportunities, and seize maximum results.
  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders, develop talent, and build succession plans to ensure continuous high performance and engagement.
  • Liaise with area and global functions to integrate global and area strategy into local brand planning strategy and execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience in marketing and sales leadership within biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Relevant oncology experience, ability to develop business vision, translate into strategies, and actionable execution actions.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership, management, and coaching of teams and individuals.
  • Excellent working knowledge of healthcare environment and evolving landscape.
  • Solid knowledge on finance principles and processes, English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
Benefits

AbbVie offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
