About the Role

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Expert at Danaher Corporation, you will be responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment support to assigned client groups, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Engagement: Lead strategic kick-off calls to understand hiring needs, conduct/review talent supply and demand analysis, coach clients on branding, and schedule recurring check-ins with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional areas and roles, identify optimal channels for advertising roles, review QDIP dashboards, and attend career fairs.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Follow standard work guidelines, ensure job description compliance, coordinate with local HR on immigration and works council consultation, request interview schedules, and enter offer details in Workday.
Additional Projects/Roles
  • MAY ACT AS DEITA SME, Technology Champion (Workday TAP, CRM champion), or become CP for DBS tool.
Preferred Background and Skills

We are seeking individuals with 5+ years of recruiting experience, including coaching hiring managers, developing innovative search techniques, and cultivating talent pipelines. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Language Skills

English fluency is required, and additional language skills may be necessary based on country norms.Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
