Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Qualfon. This role will play a critical part in shaping our recruitment strategy and process, ensuring we attract top talent to meet the growing needs of our clients.
About the Role
The Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, creating data-driven reports to measure performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on sourcing and selection
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including educational institutions, employment agencies, and workforce centers
- Manage off-site recruitment activities, such as job fairs, media presence, and advertising campaigns
- Work closely with marketing to create and maintain employment advertisements, public relations messaging, and branding collateral
Requirements
- 6-8 years of proven talent acquisition experience, with 1-3 years as a manager in high-volume/high-growth recruitment
- Proven knowledge of human resource law, practices, and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with management, peers, and subordinates
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
