Job Overview

The Novartis Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for Data, Digital, and Information Technology areas in the LACan region.

This position serves as a strategic partner and advisor to People Leaders and Hiring Managers, providing expertise in recruitment strategies, processes, and services to drive business growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time regular employment opportunity with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in Mexico, specifically at our INSURGENTES site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the operational conversion of Talent Acquisition strategic goals within a dedicated client group.
  2. Coordinate and support the efficient implementation of recruitment strategies, processes, and services to local organizations, including recruitment branding programs, diversity initiatives, online recruitment, talent mapping, and external talent pipeline management.
  3. Facilitate best practice Talent Acquisition processes within assigned functions, sourcing, selection, hiring.
  4. Support or lead Talent Acquisition projects at country or BU level.
  5. Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
Essential Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process as a Business Partner for Information Technology (IT) in Mexico and regional LACan.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in Workday.
  • Additional language skills such as Portuguese or French are a plus.
