Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global suppliers, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of global suppliers to ensure all invoices received are processed and paid on-time.
  • Interact with suppliers worldwide to understand and respond to invoice and payment queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Logistics, and Finance, to resolve supplier payment requirements and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about suppliers in our databases.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports and ad-hoc financial reports as required.
  • Comply with Baxter's financial procedures and policies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc functions and tasks as required in a busy finance department.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and 2-3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable.
  • Diploma or certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
  • Previous work experience from US or multi-national companies.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Strong time management and organization skills are required.
  • A flexible and enthusiastic attitude is necessary to succeed in this role.
