About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to manage the Partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication with key stakeholders. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices and standards for program delivery, ensuring compliance and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and maintain a Master Program Plan and Budget, incorporating individual project plans and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with key business stakeholders, Agency Partners, and colleagues.
  • Communication: Act as the MarTech Quarterback, keeping stakeholders informed of changes to the Master Schedule and Budget.
  • Project Coordination: Manage the intersection between Brand Creative and Technology, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of program delivery, including budgeting and cost management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts related to scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality, and communication.
  • Requirements Definition: Help define functional and business requirements for program delivery.
  • Agile Methodologies: Lead Agile ceremonies with development teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or program management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Skills: Strong consulting skills, experience with scaled Agile methodologies, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and multiple project tools.
